We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you’re not happy with something you have bought from us, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

Online Booking Cancellations:

If for reason outside of your control we are happy to either allow a friend or relative to take your booking. Or refund less a Administration Fee of $55 this fee allows for Booking fees, Paypal fees and E commerce fees that we have already been charge when the order was place by you.


Returning Items for Refund
Regardless of your reason, standard items purchased online from What Mess? Cleaning Services can be returned for refund within 28 days of purchase.  After inspecting the returned items, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.  No refund will be given on freight charges. 

Refund Conditions:
  • Returned items must be unused.
  • No refund will be given on freight charges. You are required to pay any costs in returning the item to What Mess Cleaning Services and What Mess Cleaning Services is also not liable for any loss or damage to the item during transit.

If you would like to return an item for refund, follow this process:
  1. Please advise us within 28 days by sending an email to:info@whatmess.com.au
  2. On your email please include your preferred contact details, details of the item you wish to return, and the order/invoice number this item was delivered on.
    You can see a list of your orders by logging into our website and going to 'My Account'
  3. Now post your item and a printout of the above email to:
    What Mess cleaning services,PO Box 1269 Joondalup WA 6919
  4. After inspecting your returned items, we will email you details of the refund.


Exchanging Items
Items purchased online from What Mess Cleaning Services can be exchanged within 28 days of purchase, however instead of a typical 'exchange', What Mess Cleaning Services handles this by selling you the new item/s and then refunding the item/s you wish to exchange.
 
This practice gives you the option to easily exchange any purchased item for any other item/s available from What Mess Cleaning Services, including items of lower or higher value.  You can also exchange a single item for multiple items and vice versa and you never end up with a store credit that you may or may not use in the future.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the following procedure:
  1. Place a new order on the What Mess Cleaning Services website for the new item.
  2. Send the item you wish to exchange back for refund by following the ‘Returning Items for Refund’ instructions above.  Note: Refund conditions still apply.
