Online Booking Cancellations:
If for reason outside of your control we are happy to either allow a friend or relative to take your booking. Or refund less an Administration Fee of $55 this fee allows for Booking fees, Stripe or Oxipay fee and E-commerce fees that we have already been charged when the order was placed by you.
